component manufacturing

We carry out series production requiring CNC turning and CNC milling processes, as well as individual, small and medium series production in our modern plant. Our current orders mostly consist of the machining of molds and parts for the aerospace, medical, food and other manufacturing industries..

✔ Thanks to continuous technological developments, we work with machines that can be connected to a network, which are able to transfer data to a central database.

✔ In addition to CNC machining centers and CNC lathes, our modern machine park also includes traditional cutting machines, such as lathes, milling machines, face and surface grinders, jet drilling machines, sawing machines, etc.

Mold manufacturing

One of the main activities of our company is the production of mold tools. We manufacture and optimize precision plastic injection molding tools, but if required, we also manufacture sheet forming and high-pressure aluminum casting tools.

✔ Production of large, medium and small series mold tools.

✔ Production of prototype mold tools.

✔ We prepare prototype target machines for market introduction of start-up products.

✔ We manufacture the tools in accordance with the drawing specifications.

✔ We have a design team consisting of young, talented and motivated product and component design engineers.

✔ We document the parameters of the design and production processes, so that all projects are transparent and modifications can be tracked.

✔ Analysis, design, product and tool design (CAD, CAM) in one place.

assembly

We undertake the mechanical assembly and logistical preparation of parts up to the component or finished product specified by the client.

✔ Our experienced, precise employees carry out the assembly of the components.

✔ The optimal design of the production hall and the appropriate logistical connection between the units ensure fast and accurate assembly.

cad/cam

Our company undertakes CAM programming of external CNC milling machines, on 5-4-3-2 axis.

✔ Primarily, we create programs for our own production, but we also undertake payroll programming upon request,

✔ We provide an accompanying sheet for the programs edited by us, which includes the zero point of the workpiece, the parameters of the milling tools used in the programs, and the technological characteristics of the machining.
